Summer hole

The summer publishing break is over and I'm back drawing apes and bear like creatures for a couple of Finnish parent magazines. Drawing this picture made me wonder why the hell I didn't have a dolls house when I was a nipper - they're great. (image copyright kaksplus perhe 2008)

Tuesdays

I would have _________ Tuesdays. We'd start the day with a stroll round the park followed by a round of eggnogs at the local gin palace. After a revitalizing nap, it was usually ten-pin bowling or stretching out in a deckchair and lobbing pebbles at the gulls. Piping malted-milk was accompanied by a bedtime story and then lights out.
